	If you have not already downloaded ITunes onto your computer, do so by going to http://www.itunes.com Once you have ITunes on your computer, open it. In the search line, type in “Cascade Covenant” and hit return.
	You can either click the “subscribe” button (circled in red) right off of this page or you can click on our page link (circled in yellow) to go to our list of individual podcast messages. A subscription means that ITunes will automatically add new podcasts from CCC right to your library.
	From our podcast page you can either download individual messages or subscribe to our whole podcast. Keep in mind that you do not need an IPod to utilize ITunes. You can listen to CCC’s messages directly from ITunes on your computer. Of course, if you have an IPod you can easily transfer your podcasts the next time you sync.
