Thanks for serving as a CCC Community Group Leader this past trimester and for your willingness to lead for another trimester!!  We just want to check in and see how you and your group are doing.  So, thanks for taking a few minutes to fill out this form.  Fill out the form below, and click on "Submit".  This will forward the contents to Mark, who will forward it to your coach.

Brief description of what your community group is planning to study/do next trimester (if you know).
In order to plan effectively, we'd like to know what your plans are for the upcoming trimester.  That way, if someone is considering leading a group, but aren't sure of the topic, we can help ensure that their topic is unique or maybe complimentary to the groups that are already planned.

Leading a group can stretch you in new and interesting ways.  Take a few minutes to reflect on how you've grown personally as a Christ follower as part of your leadership of your group.

As a leader, you have a unique persepective on the members of your group.  Often times, a group member will stand out amongst the others and display a desire and/or ability to lead.  We'd like to know who these members are, to maybe help them help continue to grow our community group program.
